WPForms: This service is used for the delivery of Forms you fill out on our website 

Newsletter:  This service is used for email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications.  

SimplePractice: This service is used once entering our program as our Electronic Medical Record. It is a HIPAA compliant software where we will schedule an appointment, hold personal forms you will fill out including but not limited to a medical history, services provided, address, age, name, process payment and have virtual appointments .
